With this pattern, I got almost 50 inches wide and 42 long. I did allow for different gauges. The beauty of this blanket, is you don’t REALLY need to get guage perfectly (or at all). All you need to do is get the yarn you want to use, and see how many stitches you get per inch, and multiply it by that number. Then cast on that number. Just make sure you have enough to do the pattern at least 4 times.

For the pictures in the pattern, I used Red Heart’s Team Spirit in the Red/White colorway.

• Suggested yarn: Worsted Weight. Any color.
• Yarn weight: Worsted / 10 ply (9 wpi)
• Needle size: US 9 – 5.5 mm
